Responsibilities

• Perform automotive window tinting, window tint installation, and auto tint replacement with precision and care.
• Conduct manual glass cutting and fitting to ensure perfect alignment and secure installation.
• Handle glass materials safely, including heavy lifting and proper storage techniques.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site appointments, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or mechanical checks to keep fleet in optimal condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services clearly, addressing client questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean work environment by detailing vehicles post-installation and ensuring tools are properly stored.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to power tool use, glass handling, and auto body repair procedures.
• Support additional duties such as auto estimating or assisting with auto, residential and commercial projects as needed.

Experience

• Prior dealership experience or background in auto & home window tinting is highly preferred.
• General Driving Experience of 5 years
• Skilled in manual glass cutting, auto window tint installation
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems coupled with experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments is essential.
• Knowledge of auto tinting techniques, and customer service is advantageous.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
