Program Management Analyst, Journeyman (Assualt)

We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman (Assault) to support PMA-272 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Assault Team (APR-39) providing support to various IPT’s.

The Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Analyze data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risk to products.

Required Experience:

• Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives in a timely manner.

• Works with IPT's to coordinate cross-functional team activities.

• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

• Actively participates in acquisition round table events and activities and provides valuable input.

• Tracks program/project status and schedules.

• Drafting and editing SOW Data Calls.

• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with AMS, CSPT, PMT CDRL tool desired.

• Experience with Contracts desired.

• FMS experience is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with the AMS tool is a plus, though not required, but with a willingness to complete training and collaborate with other BFMs to get up to speed is key.

• Willingness to travel is highly desired.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
