Now Hiring: Grinder/Deburr Technician!Location: Stanton, CAShift: 2nd ShiftKey ResponsibilitiesPerform grinding and deburring operations on metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.Inspect parts for rough edges, burrs, scratches, and other surface imperfections.Follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions to ensure parts meet specifications.Ensure all finished parts comply with quality, safety, and production standards.Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe condition.Identify and report any defects or issues with parts or machinery.Use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges when required.Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).QualificationsPrevious experience with grinding, deburring, or metal finishing preferred (not always required).Basic knowledge of manufacturing or metal fabrication processes.Ability to read and understand work instructions, job travelers, or blueprints.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, quality work.Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.High school diploma or GED required.Must be able to properly use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and radius gages.Familiarity with sheet metal finishing preferred.Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.High accuracy and attention to detail are essential.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods of time.Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.Company DescriptionWe are a staffing agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies in various industries.
