Garage Door Sales Consultant

Outside Sales Representative | Company Vehicle | Base Salary Commission | Unlimited Earning Potential

Precise Garage Doors Services is seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and being rewarded for their performance. You'll meet homeowners, contractors, property managers, and realtors throughout Southern California, helping customers select the right garage door solutions while managing projects from consultation to installation.

Whether you have garage door industry experience or a strong background in outside sales, we provide the support and training needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at their homes and job sites for consultations and estimates
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and real estate professionals
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and follow-up
• Prepare quotes and present product options based on customer needs and budget
• Manage projects from estimate through installation
• Coordinate with office staff, manufacturers, and installers to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activities using company systems
• Travel throughout San Diego County and surrounding areas using a company-provided vehicle

Requirements

• Previous experience in outside sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, or a related field preferred
• Garage door industry experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects
