We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on civil and site preparation. This is a full-lifecycle leadership role covering preconstruction through closeout. Salary Range

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and owners to define project scope and specifications
- Plan and oversee all construction operations from mobilization through closeout
- Lead civil and site prep operations including grading, utilities, and earthwork
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive terms
- Obtain all required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement pipelines
- Build and maintain detailed construction schedules with defined milestones
- Supervise field crews, trade contractors, and laborers; provide direction as needed
- Monitor material inventory and proactively address supply chain risks
- Prepare progress reports, cost analyses, and schedule updates for stakeholders
- Enforce OSHA compliance and uphold all health and safety standards on site
Requirements
- 8 years of construction project management experience (required)
- 8 years of commercial construction experience (preferred)
- 3 years of estimating experience (preferred)
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Strong knowledge of quality, health, and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling software
- Familiarity with construction management platforms (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proven team leadership in multidisciplinary construction environments
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus
