Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for service technicians
- Answer customer calls and provide professional assistance
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll tasks
- Maintain bookkeeping records using QuickBooks
- Support office workflow and daily administrative operations
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff
- Help improve organization and efficiency as the company grows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, including bookkeeping and payroll
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Scheduling or dispatching experience preferred
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or trade industries is a plus
