Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team of sales associates to meet and exceed goals
- Engage customers on the sales floor to promote products and services
- Deliver clear and compelling product demonstrations and recommendations
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
- Track individual and team results and report progress to upper management
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company procedures and maintain brand compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or leadership is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong leadership potential and a desire for professional growth
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Must be 18 years or older as required by state law
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:
- Base hourly pay: $17–$23 per hour, paid weekly
- Uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
