Your Impact in This Role
You are the financial quarterback of the patient experience—helping patients clearly understand their benefits, make confident decisions, and move forward with treatment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Verifying insurance and maximizing patient benefits
- Presenting clear, confident financial breakdowns and treatment estimates
- Coordinating benefits and ensuring accuracy in all financial arrangements
- Communicating effectively with patients, insurance companies, and team members
- Managing and auditing patient accounts
- Keeping everything organized, accurate, and running smoothly
- Turning confusion into clarity for patients when it comes to insurance
