IT Service Support Technician

Precious Metals Refinery (PMR), an industry leader in been buying and selling jewelry, precious metals, watches, and coins, is looking for an experienced IT Services Support Technician to join our team.
Pay: $19.00 to $28.00
Responsibilities and Skills
Technical
- Security cameras /NVR set up configuration and maintenance
- Remote and telephone support
- Coordination with security staff
- Programming and maintenance on security access controls
- Low voltage cable installation and troubleshooting – AJ45 / CAT6
- Creation of animation scripts
- System administration – user management and user/file permissions
- A positive, happy, and genuine customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Unwavering integrity and honesty with strong work ethic and morals
- Works well with others
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Other duties as required by the business needs
Software
- Office365, Google Drive, inventory control, and others
- Website administration and management/ database administration
- Windows, Mac, Linux, operating systems
- Preferred MCSE, A , security , network
Security
- Video retrieval
Qualifications
Deep understanding of operating systems, applications, and network issues.
Must be a self-starter
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
It can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently
