About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Success Manager to serve as the central point of contact between PMRS clients and our internal refinery operations teams. In this role, you will “own the customer experience”, ensuring every client has a smooth, professional, and timely interaction with PMRS from intake through final settlement. This is a full-time, on-site position in our executive office in Barrington, IL.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned PMRS customers, providing responsive, high-touch and knowledgeable support
- Interface with management and refinery staff to ensure logistical accuracy, proper job handling, and timely communication back to customers
- Track and manage job progress end-to-end, proactively engaging customers on status and next steps
- Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve any service issues or delays with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and communications within Salesforce
- Support relationship-building efforts in partnership with our sales leadership team
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance speed, consistency, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a client-facing account management, logistics coordination, or customer success role is strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines with precision
- Professional and positive demeanor with a “white-glove service” mindset
- Ability to review, interpret, and communicate quantitative data with accuracy and clarity
- Experience with the UPS and/or Speed ship platforms is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a major plus
- College degree preferred but not required

Compensation and Perks:
- Compensation is a mix of Salary & Bonus - Salary Range is $45,000 - 55,000 commensurate with experience.
