What You'll Do

Work one-on-one with children with autism

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Collect data and document progress

Work closely with BCBAs and families

Requirements

Previous ABA experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
- Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up

Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children

Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction

Open to feedback and willing to learn

Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
- Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs
