Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM - 10% shift differential
What You’ll Do
Run CNC equipment including lathes, mill‑turn, 3/4/5‑axis mills
Set up, load parts, prove programs, adjust offsets, and perform edits
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and specifications
Inspect work using precision measurement tools and make corrections as needed
Maintain clean, organized work areas and perform basic machine PM
Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
What You Bring
HS diploma/GED; machining training or 2 years CNC experience
Experience machining medium‑to‑high complexity parts
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators; CMM experience a plus
Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and run multiple machines
Solid math skills and knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies
