We are seeking a Precast Terrazzo Shop Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Develop Department Daily Production Schedule
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Place production orders from customers as directed by Plant Management
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Direct Maintenance Protocols for Production Machinery
- Ensure Adherence to Shop Tickets for Project Parameters
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi Lingual English / Spanish is Required with Fluency a must
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
