Join our custom precast concrete company as a:
Form Carpenter / Mold Maker
Plan, lay out, and construct wooden molds, foam, rubber, or sectional patterns used in forming architectural precast concrete units by performing the following duties:
- Lay out pattern on wood stock, dividing pattern into sections according to shape of casting to facilitate removal of precast from mold. Cut and shape parts.
- Fit and fasten parts together to form pattern or section.
- Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces.
- Assemble sections and verifies dimensions of complete pattern.
- Glues fillets/bond outs along interior angles of pattern.
- Set up molds according to shop drawings.
- Repair forms if necessary
- Assist production workers when necessary
Behavior & Skills :
- Training/education in carpentry, millwork or related fields
- 3 years experience in finish carpentry, millwork or framing
- Cabinet Making Skills are a plus
- Shop drawing/blueprint reading
- Experience in manufacturing
- Reliable, responsible, team worker.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour

- Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Concrete Finishing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
