What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rapid ReHousing Program Director position at PREBLE STREET?
Preble Street is currently seeking a Rapid ReHousing (RRH) Program Director to provide oversight and management to the RRH program, ensuring the provision of high-quality services and community planning in alignment with the agency mission and all RRH grant requirements (Maine Housing, HUD CoC, SAMHSA, DHHS). The RRH Director reports to the Senior Director of Social Work and is accountable program administration and implementation, quality of services, staff supervision and support, and ensuring the safety of clients and staff, and community engagement and planning. The Program Director also works in conjunction with the Senior Directors in program development and evaluation, resource and systems development, community relations and grants management. This position also includes the oversight of the Lewiston-Auburn based RRH team.
Population Served: Adults and families experiencing homelessness.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, business administration or related field of study. Significant or relevant experience in nonprofit management. Minimum of three years of experience working with people experiencing trafficking; or comparable combination of education and relevant experience. Master’s degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, business administration or related field of study, and relevant experience in nonprofit social services management, and a minimum of three years of experience working with people experiencing trafficking preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay of $79,000 annualized, with and generous paid time off, insurance, and retirement plan benefits including:
- 160 hours vacation time, 96 hours sick time, 32 hours personal time (accrued), 12 Paid Holidays
- Health insurance w/ 100% employer-paid option; Dental insurance w/ 100% employer-paid option; Vision insurance; Employer-paid Life, STD, and LTD insurance and voluntary, supplemental options.
