Our Preschool is seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Preschool
Director to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated early
childhood professional to lead a nurturing, high-quality preschool program while
supporting our teachers, children, and families.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child
Development, or a closely related field, OR
A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or Children's Program Administrator
Credential (CPAC), along with the experience required by OCFS.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the preschool.
Supervise, mentor, and support teaching staff.
Ensure compliance with all OCFS regulations and licensing requirements.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Assist with curriculum implementation and classroom quality.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Support enrollment, family communication, and school events.
