Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive training content using adult education principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops, presentations, and online courses utilizing platforms like Blackboard and LMS (Learning Management System) tools to facilitate professional development for early childhood educators.
- Create interactive e-learning modules incorporating SCORM standards and Adobe Captivate to enhance digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum that aligns with early childhood standards and best practices.
- Utilize learning technology tools to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve content quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management techniques, ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly through compelling presentations and written content tailored for adult learners in classroom settings or virtual environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching or training within early childhood education or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE and familiarity with SCORM-compliant e-learning development tools like Adobe Captivate.
