We are seeking energetic and passionate Infant/Toddler Lead Teachers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create engaging, nurturing, and educational environments tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners and support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through innovative lesson planning, classroom management, and personalized care. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development, literacy education, and foundational skills.
- Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and child welfare.
- Plan and execute engaging activities that support physical development, social skills, and early intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent classroom management and adherence to educational standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any special education needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of lesson plans, child assessments, and classroom activities.
- Support children’s emotional well-being through nurturing interactions and responsive caregiving. Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
- Experience in curriculum development with a focus on literacy education, Montessori methods, or preschool programming preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom management tools, standardized testing procedures, and lesson planning software.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and external specialists.
- Background in special education or working with children requiring additional support is a plus.
