Batch Plant QC Manager
Location: Ft. Pierce, Florida (On-site)

Job Summary
Precast Specialties is seeking a Batch Plant QC Manager to oversee quality control operations within its concrete production processes. This role ensures consistency in mix design, supports plant operations, and drives production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee batch plant quality control operations.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of concrete mix designs.

Monitor and maintain production quality standards.

Support plant operations and coordination between QC and production.

Manage and support production teams and drivers.

Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications

Industry Experience
-
Minimum 5 years in the concrete industry (ready-mix or related).

Strong understanding of batch plant operations and production workflows.
Education & Certifications

Industry experience required; certifications preferred.

Strong knowledge of concrete production and quality systems.
