Job Overview
Urgently hiring motivated, detail‑oriented direct hire full-time Press Operators (inspection and packing) to join our growing plastic injection molding team.
We are hiring for 1st shift (8am–4pm), 2nd shift (4pm–midnight), and 3rd shift (midnight–6am), Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities may be available or may be mandatory.
In this role, you will operate and monitor injection molding presses to produce high‑quality automotive components with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, inspection, and safety. Your attention to detail in packing, sorting, inspecting, and visual quality control directly supports our commitment to delivering precise, defect‑free parts to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of plastic injection molding machines while following all required safety procedures.
- Read and interpret work instructions, SOPs, and production specifications to manufacture parts accurately.
- Perform continuous visual inspection of parts throughout the run to ensure quality and consistency.
- Pack, sort, stack, and label parts according to customer specifications and work instructions.
- Compare parts to approved samples and immediately identify defects such as short shots, flash, contamination, deformation, or color variation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with plant safety and housekeeping standards.
- Communicate quality or process issues quickly to Quality Control or leadership to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by following established processes and providing feedback when issues arise.
Requirements
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery such as injection molding presses is preferred.
- Must be able to visually detect defects and out‑of‑spec parts without relying on measurement tools.
- Ability to perform high‑volume packing, sorting, stacking, and inspection with accuracy and consistency.
- Must be comfortable operating different machines and running different parts each day; may run multiple presses in one shift.
- Must follow inspection procedures based on work instructions and SOPs and communicate quality issues immediately to Quality Control or leadership.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols and maintain focus in a fast‑paced, repetitive production environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or extended shifts when required.

Pay: $15.55 - $17.10 per hour
