Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, ensuring brand alignment and clinical relevance.
- Develops and manages a comprehensive content calendar using social media management tools to maintain consistent posting cadence.
- Creates platform‑specific content formats such as short‑form videos, reels, carousels, live streams, and stories to optimize engagement and algorithm performance.
- Translates AAC research, product features, and implementation strategies into accessible, shareable content for SLPs, educators, caregivers, and AAC users.
- Implement audience growth strategies including hashtag optimization, trend participation, and influencer collaboration within AAC and SLP communities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience executing modern social media strategies and tools.
- At least 3 years of experience managing corporate social media accounts and/or digital content creation.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement drivers, and content optimization techniques.
- Proven experience managing paid social advertising and executing targeted campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Ability to analyze social media analytics and apply data‑driven insights to content strategy.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Passion for AAC, accessibility, and inclusive communication.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
