We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Cashier plays a vital role in setting the tone for the dining experience. This position combines both hospitality and operational responsibilities to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
Accurately take orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
Share menu knowledge and current promotions confidently; make suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Answer phones, restock supplies, and assist with operational tasks as needed.
Deliver consistent, friendly, and accurate service to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
Strong math skills and ability to accurately count back change.
Excellent communication skills with an outgoing, personable demeanor.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.
Ability to meet uniform and appearance standards.
Willingness to cross-train in other restaurant areas.
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk or stand for 6–8 hours per shift.
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and carry items as needed.
Manual and visual dexterity to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
