The Role
We are seeking a hands on and experienced Graphic Designer to champion the Praxity brand across digital and print, supporting business development, marketing and events. You will lead design from concept through to final artwork, maintain brand consistency, and help evolve our visual identity.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the BD and Marketing team and C suite executives on projects and campaigns
Maintain the brand across digital and print, creating campaign concepts, key visuals, and final artwork.
Design branded collateral and stationery and manage production and supply levels.
Manage design and production of Praxity’s annual Tax Guides.
Develop and enhance PowerPoint templates and presentations.
Maintain quality control across layout, typography, colour accuracy, and proofreading.
Publications and Thought Leadership
Produce digital publications including a quarterly digital magazine.
Design thought leadership reports, whitepapers and case studies.
Events and Conferences
Develop annual branding for Praxity conferences.
Design banners, brochures, signage, merchandise, and on-screen graphics.
Create promotional assets to drive event attendance.
Produce post conference evaluation infographics.
Digital, Web and UX
Support website updates and UX or UI improvements.
Understand information architecture and user journeys.
Create web assets and social graphics.
Stay up to date with usability best practices and digital trends.
Marketing, Social and PR
Support branding and graphics for alerts, news, and social media.
Prepare internal and external communications graphics.
Collaborate on creative ideas for campaigns and brand growth.
Collaboration and Production
Work with printers, agencies, couriers, copywriters, photographers, designers, developers, and specialists when required.
Identify opportunities to bring any outsourced design work in house.
Office and Team Support
Assist with sourcing, preparing, and packing conference materials.
Maintain organised digital filing systems.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
About You
You are a confident, creative designer with 3–5 years’ professional experience, ideally within marketing, professional services, events, or an agency environment. You bring a strong portfolio demonstrating originality, attention to detail, and expertise across digital and print.
You are qualified to degree level or equivalent in Graphic Design/Visual Communication, highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and confident using Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint. You have an excellent eye for layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy, combined with strong proofreading and quality-control skills.
Comfortable working with C-suite executives, you translate strategic ideas into clear, engaging design. You are organised, adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to deliver high-quality work to fast turnaround times.
