- Mentor business owners and leadership teams
- Facilitate strategic planning and execution
- Inspire business owners to implement systems and processes
- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance
- Assist members in improving profitability and revenue growth
- Drive accountability and results
- Build strong client relationships and retention
- Deliver workshops and training sessions

Qualifications
- Proven business leadership or management experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service experience
- Coaching, advising, consulting, or mentoring experience
- Leadership, entrepreneurial or business ownership experience
