Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Operate primary and secondary production line equipment with attention to detail and quality standards
- Perform equipment setups, line changeovers, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot machine faults and perform minor mechanical adjustments
- Complete accurate, legible batch documentation and reconcile product components
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with cGMPs and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production, proper line clearances, and effective room cleans
- Support line efficiencies by maintaining materials and proactively addressing equipment issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience working with precision machinery or equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and maintain accurate records
- A natural attention to detail, paired with a commitment to safety and quality
- Experience in structured environments such as advanced manufacturing or technical production preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred
- 2-4 years similar experience required.
- Lead/Group Leader experience preferred.
- Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written English instruction and specifications, required.
- Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required.
