- Shipping and Receiving Reporting
- Daily Shipping Report
- Scan Inbound/Outbound Paperwork to all customers
- Assist with Returns / PC-Returns / Damages / VODS / RTPs.
- Assist with Label and Insert Cage daily operations.
- Print Shippers -Match with packing slips and bring to shipping dock.
- Manage the samples process in coordination with S&R Material Handler personnel.
- Correct paperwork errors.
- File corrected paperwork.
- Work with all departments on incoming packages review, receipt, and delivery.
- Checks in all incoming and outgoing drivers and assigns dock doors.
- Manages cycle counts and generates cycle count lists.
- Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare customer inventory reports.
- Process obsolete/returns/rejects materials directed by the customer.
- Manages Verification of Destruction process.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Assists with updates to company policies and procedures.
- Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions.
- Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset.
- Assists with Training and Orientation, as needed.
- Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance.
- Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed.
- Flexibly to work other shifts, maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- The ability to work independently, without supervision required.
- Ability to organize priorities and workload required.
Salary : $22
