Position Highlights
- Schedule: 9 shifts per month (full-time).
- Compensation: $900 per shift (competitive, shift-based model)
- Flexibility: Option to work additional shifts as available
- Setting: 100% outpatient urgent care
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Family Medicine and specialty teams within the Praxis Health network

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with background in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care
- Interest in working collaboratively to improve health outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
- Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Required: 1 year of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a licensed PA or NP in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality

General Physical Requirements
