COMPENSATION
- Base salary range: $135,000 - $144,000 (depending on experience)
- Year two: Production bonus added to base
- Sign-on / loan repayment: Available; details provided on inquiry
PRACTICE AND TEAM
- This is a 100% outpatient primary care role with a dedicated mentorship structure: two experienced physicians and a skilled PA who are actively involved in your development. Onboarding is tailored to your experience level, not a one-size-fits-all ramp.

- Support: Strong MA and clinic team

ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURE
The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
