We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for primary care to join our Bend team. Compensation & Benefits Highlights
- $140,000 base salary production compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
- 36 patient hours over a 4-day work week 1/2 day admin – protect your work-life balance

- Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Preferred: 2 - 3 years of Primary Care experience as a licensed PA or NP
- Required: Passion for Primary Care
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality

- Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
