What you will be doing:
As the DPM, you’ll work side-by-side with the Program Manager and stakeholders to ensure program success, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. You'll lead with vision, execute with precision, and inspire top-tier teams that thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with recruiting to identify and onboard qualified candidates to fill key personnel vacancies efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program updates, delivering timely and accurate status reports to the Sponsor for each task.
- Develop, prepare, and manage compelling briefings and presentations, including regular Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
- Monitor program financials, providing detailed cost tracking and reporting for all staffing and contract expenditures.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with Sponsor expectations within schedule, scope, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and stakeholders to resolve challenges, mitigate risks, and enhance program outcomes.
What you need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a DPM or in a comparable role leading high-performance teams in technical or operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher OR 5 years of technical experience as a technical lead in lieu of a degree.
- PMP Certification is strongly preferred, or can be attained within 6 mos of hire.
Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
Salary range:
$144,251.00 - $271,085.00 (Annually)*
