Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Analyst to support Pravati Capital’s Capital Raise Department. This role is critical for managing investor communications, CRM workflows, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable with technology-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for capital raising activities
- Manage calendars, schedule investor meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare and edit investor correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for investor documents
- Handle confidential investor information with discretion
- Manage Zoho CRM tasks: data entry, reporting, dashboards, and workflow updates
- Support email campaigns and marketing automation in Zoho
- Assist with webinar coordination and investor event logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years of experience
- Interest in business development and/or sales
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Required: Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
