We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for our growing outpatient clinic in Harker Heights, TX.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys balancing patient care with leadership, mentorship, and clinic operations. The Clinic Director will play a key role in maintaining a strong clinical culture, supporting staff development, and helping drive overall clinic performance while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience and specialization

Schedule & Expectations
- Expected to provide full-time hours of direct patient care
- Remaining weekly hours dedicated to limited Clinic Director and administrative responsibilities which are compensated
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Collaborate with providers and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
Clinic Director Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and operational goals
- Assist with provider onboarding and recruitment efforts
- Support schedule management and patient flow
- Promote clinical quality and adherence to company standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture
- Provide mentorship and leadership to clinical staff
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
- 3 years experience
- Leadership or management experience preferred
