Pay: $58,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
Pay is based on an hourly wage plus performance and training incentive pay.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and listen to their service needs
- Write up repair orders and explain recommendations in plain language
- Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated
- Provide clear estimates for cost and completion time using our estimation tools
- Help ensure vehicles are serviced correctly and on schedule
- Process payments and close out service orders
- Additional duties not listed above may be assigned as necessary to fulfill the role of service writer/advisor
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability and willingness to learn the service advisor/writer training and follow the process for each customer
- Able to explain technical info in simple terms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
- Comfortable using computers and service software (PBS experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in a service advisor/writer role is preferred (we will train the right candidate)
