Pratt & Whitney (PW), an RTX company, is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. PW Geared Turbo Fan Commercial Aftermarket has an open position for an Invoice Solutions Specialist in the Global Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Network organization. The Global MRO Network organization is responsible for all aspects of managing customer engines under long term Fleet Management Programs (FMP), Fixed Price Agreements (FPA) and Maintenance Cost Guarantee (MCG) time & material agreements across all GTF engine models including PW1100, PW1500, & PW1900
Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for developing and executing solutions for validating invoice data from Maintenance Centers that perform the engine overhaul work under an engine maintenance contract, as well as calculating and managing over & above invoices to the airline.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate invoice data for acceptance according to the maintenance contract by analyzing charges against supporting documents.
Manage relationship with worldwide Maintenance Centers to reconcile invoice contract noncompliance. Request credits or additional documentation as necessary.
Resolve invoice disputes with the support of the broader organization.
Execute business rules for airline contract to identify over & above charges (charges not covered by the agreement) and compile supporting documentation from maintenance center and other organizations as necessary.
Calculate over & above invoices for fleet management approval and submission to accounting for final invoicing.
Identify possible cost saving or process improvement opportunities.
Develop and improve processes for new Maintenance Centers and airline agreements.
Work with groups throughout Commercial Aftermarket to develop solutions for processes related to invoicing.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of professional experience to include aerospace engine aftermarket, aftermarket manufacturing, finance or technical business role. Or, an Advanced Degree and 3 years of professional experience to include aerospace engine aftermarket, aftermarket manufacturing, finance or technical business role.
U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with gas turbine engine configurations, long term contracts and/or invoice documentation are preferred, but not required.
Ability to interpret and apply contractual language to an executable and repeatable solution.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
Organized, detail oriented and willing to work across functional departments, take initiatives and drive result.
Enjoys working in a fast paced, Agile environment. Understands that accepting and responding to change is key to success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exhibits personal leadership, and able to handle multiple high priority projects while adhering to deadlines.
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
Experience with Web based applications and browser tools.
