Global Supply Chain (GSC) is a fast-paced, dynamic organization consisting of multifunctional teams responsible for the supply of raw materials and finished goods. The team works closely with suppliers across the world to ensure we deliver on-time, affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customer's dynamic needs.
Aerospace is a rapidly evolving industry with endless opportunity for innovation and we are determined to recruit, develop, and retain high potential talent to meet the future needs of our customers. Through our comprehensive, two-year rotational program, you will be challenged to understand the complex issues facing supply chain, while directly impacting our business.
In this program, you will rotate through four unique, challenging, value-added roles which will be determined based on business need, in conjunction with your individual professional development needs. We are seeking highly motivated college graduates who demonstrate leadership ability and academic excellence for our two-year rotational program.
Program Highlights
- Gain a broad-based working knowledge of the key processes within the GSC organization, including the internal networks necessary for effective problem solving and communication
- Build the business and managerial skill set required to be an accomplished Supply Chain professional
- Expand your network and knowledge base by experiencing different functional roles impacting supply chain
- Onboarding process designed to introduce you to our people, processes, and tools

- Professional Development and Networking events
- Assigned mentor, peer mentor, and on-the-job coach/mentor
- Evaluation periods during and after your assignment with internship supervisor
- Post assignment review – Input from employee and mentors
- Executive report-out presentation
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts
- Current enrollment in an accredited four-year degree program
- Minimum of 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Fluent in English (verbal/written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred fields of study include Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with a strong interest in Operations and Manufacturing.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Works with cross functional teams or independently
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office programs
- SAP experience (beneficial, but not required)

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
