Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Master Product Definition Drafter to support our Engineering Support to Operations organization.
What You Will Do:
- Work with Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO), Hot Section Engineering (HSE) Product Definition (PD) Team, ESTO Integrated Product Team (IPT) (Design and Project), and Module Center personnel to process Class II Engineering Changes.
- Assign and manage work to facilitate program deliverables.
- Apply advanced skills in a specialized field, adapt to new procedures, techniques, tools, etc.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
- Solve highly complex problems and serve as a resource on varied tasks.
- Prepare and maintain various product-related Teamcenter/NX Manager data in support of PW Class II Engineering activities.
- Lead in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of technical/business support or entry-level professional employees.
- Travel up to 10 %/ (Domestic, International).
Qualifications You Must Have:
- An Associate degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with 10 years of combined experience in design or product definition, 3D solid modeling, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5 standards.
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Class II engineering changes.
- Strong skills in NX and Teamcenter tools and processes.
- Strong communication and teaming skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Proficient with ASMEY14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

- Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO): ESTO provides dedicated support by eliminating quality notifications, escapes, works stops and enabling producibility and delivery of legacy and new parts, assemblies, modules, and engines. ESTO covers all engine programs and part families, enabling engine deliveries, first piece reviews, first article inspections, analysis automation, process certification. ESTO also supports the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) initiative in Operations. Technical disciplines in ESTO include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, and Manufacturing Engineering.
