Your Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless operation of production equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Accurately interpret print job specs and address quality concerns.
• Collaborate with Quality Technicians to uphold product integrity.
• Track and record product weights and waste throughout production cycles.
• Elevate your understanding of our maintenance methodologies and technologies.
• Adhere to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain clean machinery and a tidy, secure work environment.
• Engage in routine maintenance to ensure optimal machinery function.
• Guide colleagues in safety measures to prevent workplace injuries.
• Swiftly recalibrate machines post-malfunction or repeated cycle requirements.
• Diagnose machinery issues and refine machine function.
• Adapt to different machinery and roles, growing alongside the plant's development.
• Execute additional roles as determined by the management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the packaging sector, with a focus on paper or bag conversion, is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in interpreting instructions related to quality and safety.
• Strong numerical skills applicable to everyday production tasks.
• Problem-solving abilities in standardized scenarios.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

Regular standing, walking, and lifting, with occasional requirements to perform manual tasks. Exposure to varied environmental conditions—loud noise, moving parts, aerial particles—necessitate a resilient approach to the daily work environment.
