Position: Pest Control Technician
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay Range: $37K-$40K based on experience.

Objective: As a Pest Control Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional pest control services. No experience? No problem-we provide comprehensive training!

Responsibilities:
- Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and meet requirements for licensing.
- Use of pesticide equipment, including sprayers, ladders, backpack sprayers in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain.
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, and maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when performing duties
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and requests and notifies owners of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution. Utilizes excellent communication skills.
- Serves as a problem solver for our customers by inspecting for pest entry points and utilizing the training provided to give our customers a pest-free environment.
- Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean company truck and operate vehicle safely and legally.
- Drive company vehicle to client sites to provide services.
- Maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid standard driver's license required.
- Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in Pest control is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
