The performance of the employee will be measured as follows:
Operating standards - the employee will need to meet or exceed the Operating Standards in the areas of quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction and productivity. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the employee.
Personal growth - while the company will provide the tools to assist the employee to grow professionally the responsibility for moving forward lies with the individual. Each year there will be goals developed and agreed to by the employee and his/her superior.
Employee relations - through observations the employee will be evaluated regarding his/her behaviors associated with appropriate human interaction, respect and communication.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven business to business track record of success in sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, percentages and volume
- Proficiency in computer skills, business acumen & relevant sales software/tools
- Candidates with experience in packaging sales and/or corrugated box industry preferred
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales and secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, operating instructions, training and procedure manuals, and reports for budgeting and management review
