The Sales Representative Trainee will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to learn about our products/services, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to learn about company products/services, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain practical insights into sales techniques.
- Learn to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address customer inquiries and objections.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments.
