DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the phones in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
- Assist Key Personnel with Various projects throughout the building/facility.
- General Manager will provide guidance on necessary projects for completion related to Safety, Quality, Production, Etc.
- Communicate with internal employees and external vendors to help see projects through to fruition
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years’ general office experience
- A friendly, professional image and demeanor.
- Experience with MS Word
- Good phone voice and demeanor
- Candidates are PREFERREDwho offer the following:
- At least 6 or more months of experience as a front desk receptionist.
- Two or more years’ experience with MS Word and knowledge of MS Excel
- Self-motivated; ability to work with minimal supervision
- Spanish preferred as an additional or second language
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent speaking and phone communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stand. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
The performance of the Production Clerk will be measured as follows:
Operating standards - The employee will need to meet or exceed the Operating Standards set in the area of administration. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the assistant.
