We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials
- Perform manual labor such as lifting, digging, and carrying supplies to support construction activities
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Support the installation of structures, framing, or other building components as needed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not mandatory
