POSITION OVERVIEW: Our culinary teams are responsible for providing fresh, flavorful,
consistent and well-executed dishes to our guests to provide a great dining experience that will
ensure they will want to come back to dine with us again and again!
Qualified LINE COOK applicant needs to possess/demonstrate:
• Minimum experience of 1 year in a high volume, casual/upscale restaurant.
• Passion for creating and producing excellent food, using whole ingredients and from-
scratch preparation techniques.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, pars and presentation specifics as trained.
• Strong knife skills.
• Knowledge of from-scratch food preparation techniques and safe handling of food.
• Basic arithmetic skills associated with recipes, weighing, measurement conversions, etc.
• Work in a clean, safe and organized manner.
• Conform to health safety standards and techniques.
• Ability to assist with scrub down and organization of kitchen, refrigeration and storage
areas.
• Physically able to perform all duties the job may require.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and spend most of the day on your feet.
• Ability to take detailed direction and comfortable with professional feedback.
• Eagerness to expand your knowledge of the craft of culinary arts.
• Consistency in all aspects of job performance.
• Positive, friendly and professional attitude with a team-player approach.
