What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice Funeral Director position at Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home?
Looking for an individual to participate in all aspects of Funeral Service. This includes working daily and assisting a licensed funeral director at the funeral home, including the care and preparation of human remains, helping with facilitating funerals, vehicle washing and light cleaning duties. This position also has an on-call schedule that consists of every other evening and every other weekend. Must be able to work weekends. Should be a self motivated person, have the ability to follow instructions well. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, have a WI Funeral Director Apprentice license or will enroll in an upcoming 16-hour course and have a valid drivers license.
