Duties
- Prepare and assemble hookah setups with precision, ensuring all components meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all hookah equipment, including hoses, bowls, and charcoal trays
- Assist guests with selecting flavors and customizing their hookah experience to enhance satisfaction
- Monitor the proper handling and storage of tobacco, charcoal, and other supplies in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with hookah devices quickly to minimize downtime
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols, including proper disposal of used materials and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, supporting overall customer service excellence
