Pastry Chef | Cakes, Desserts, Kunafa & Mocktails
Pranzo Lounge & Grill is a Mediterranean restaurant and lounge looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. We are seeking someone who has experience creating high-quality desserts, pastries, cakes, and Middle Eastern sweets while also preparing fresh and creative mocktails.

Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of cakes, cheesecakes, pastries, cookies, tarts, and specialty desserts.
- Make authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern desserts such as Kunafa, Baklava, and other traditional sweets.
- Decorate cakes and desserts with professional presentation.
- Create and prepare fresh mocktails, lemonades, specialty beverages, and seasonal drinks.
- Develop new dessert and beverage menu items.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety and health department standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Dessert Chef.
- Experience making cakes, pastries, and Middle Eastern desserts such as Kunafa and Baklava is preferred.
- Experience preparing mocktails and specialty beverages.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
