We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Wedding Sales Coordinator to join our team and help couples bring their dream weddings to life.Position Overview:The Wedding Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through the execution of their event. This position combines sales, planning, and client relations to ensure each wedding is flawlessly coordinated and exceeds expectations.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to wedding inquiries with prospective clients.Build strong relationships with couples, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process.Create customized proposals and contracts based on client needs.Maintain an organized calendar of weddings, tastings, and meetings.Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.Assist with on-site coordination during weddings and events as needed.Track and report sales activity and client communications.Keep up with design trends to help execute clients vision.Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.Qualifications:Must have previous experience in wedding or event sales, hospitality, or event planning.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in Caterease software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office preferred.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.A passion for weddings, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.Must be able to stand and be on your feet for 8 hoursModerate lifting, up to 35 lbs.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary plus commission or bonus potential.401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Wedding Sales: 2 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Providence, RI 02909
