Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling a variety of corporate business meeting lunches as well as, executing a variety of events ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets the client’s expectations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, being detail oriented, a passion for event planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and vision for corporate events.
  • Develop detailed event plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
  • Follow preexisting procedure.
  • Collect payments and ensure they are received on time.

Qualifications

  • Manage several events and projects simultaneously while maintaining highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hospitality, Catering and Events or related field. Food service experience highly recommended.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding basic food knowledge and dietary restrictions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with excel highly recommended excel.
  • Familiarity with Caterease is recommended but not required.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
