Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling a variety of corporate business meeting lunches as well as, executing a variety of events ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets the client’s expectations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, being detail oriented, a passion for event planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their needs and vision for corporate events.
- Develop detailed event plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
- Follow preexisting procedure.
- Collect payments and ensure they are received on time.
Qualifications
- Manage several events and projects simultaneously while maintaining highest level of client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hospitality, Catering and Events or related field. Food service experience highly recommended.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- High level of professionalism and customer service-oriented.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Skills and Abilities
- Understanding basic food knowledge and dietary restrictions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with excel highly recommended excel.
- Familiarity with Caterease is recommended but not required.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
