PJ's Coffee Alexandria Franchise Group is actively recruiting a proficient Store Manager to bolster our team and fortify our market presence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in service, food, and beverage, with a minimum of 1 year of Front-of-House (FOH) operations or managerial experience.
- Must have experience as manger or an assistant manager
- Excellent foundational math skills and adeptness in operating a cash register or Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ability to endure prolonged standing periods (typically 5-8 hours) and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stamina to maintain a 40-50 hour workweek.
- Willingness to undergo 1-2 weeks of training at a designated PJ's Coffee location before assuming managerial duties.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Certifications:
- ServSafe (Food Safety Manager) Certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding and adherence to all company policies, procedures, standards, and training protocols.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of welcoming, responsive, and courteous service to guests.
- Prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Ensuring adherence to the store's recipe and par level standards for all food and beverages.
- Adherence to PJ's Brand Standards for beverage preparation.
- Achievement of company objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Cultivating a positive and enjoyable work environment for the management team.
- Meeting labor percentage and sales goals set by the company.
- Maintaining facility appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Effective management of cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Facilitating employee training as per company guidelines.
- Ensuring equipment cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and labor.
- Timely preparation of necessary paperwork.
- Assisting with scheduling as required.
- Recruitment, hiring, and training of a high-performing team.
- Coordinating inventory control and ordering.
- Overseeing equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Supporting store marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Compensation:
- Salary: $36,000 annually.
