Job Summary: The Business Operations Project Manager drives new product development and strategic business initiatives from concept through execution. This role leads the onboarding of new retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer accounts, and owns project execution by setting agendas, tracking action items, following up on commitments, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. Working closely with stakeholders across retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, merchandising, and operations, this hands-on role takes ownership of initiatives, removes roadblocks, and ensures projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

This role is on-site at our corporate headquarters in Bonita Springs, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding

• Own onboarding for all new retail and DTC client accounts, engaging at the appropriate point.
• Build and manage onboarding project timelines and readiness checklists, coordinating requirements across Sales, Merchandising, Production, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Coordinate account setup across ordering platforms (OHM, EDI, PPO), ERP, and inventory systems, including SKU, UPC, pricing, and product data setup, and validate system readiness before first shipment.

Research & Product Development

• Manage R&D and new product development projects from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
• Assign, track, and follow up on tasks with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and Operations.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain partners to align product design with operational and manufacturing capabilities.
• Use customer insights and market data to help guide innovation and product enhancement projects.
• Coordinate product testing, sampling, vendor trials, and manufacturing readiness.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for R&D and product development processes.

Project & Meeting Management

• Own agenda-setting, meeting cadence, and follow-up for key weekly and monthly PranaSleep meetings, ensuring action items are documented and tracked to completion.
• Hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable for commitments made in meetings, escalating delays or roadblocks to leadership as needed.
• Develop and present project status reports and updates to senior leadership on key findings and recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (Asana).
• Lead or support other projects as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management, product development, retail account onboarding, or R&D coordination; PMP certification preferred but not required. Working knowledge of Asana or similar project management software preferred.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across retail, wholesale, e-commerce/DTC, manufacturing, or product development environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of project lifecycle management, process mapping, and cross-functional business operations.
• ERP and EDI experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach with a proven ability to take ownership, drive execution, follow up on commitments, remove roadblocks, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to work effectively across departments and influence without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams & Excel required).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience working in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, or distribution environments preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at the PranaSleep factory in Bonita Springs, FL.
• Periodic travel.
